All products sold by 1776 Peptides are supplied strictly as laboratory research materials.

By purchasing from this Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You understand the risks of misuse and accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of products.

We do not authorize, condone, or permit use of our products for diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational purposes.

• Orders may only be placed by individuals 21 years of age or older.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent or high-risk orders.

• Orders will only be shipped once payment has been fully received and verified.
• We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders for suspected fraud, misuse, or processor review.

• Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Shipping times vary based on location, carrier, and customs clearance.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all applicable import laws in their jurisdiction.
• Packages seized, delayed, or rejected by customs are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final once shipped.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Items damaged in transit
• Incorrect items shipped due to our error
• Products with verified defects in packaging or labeling

Requests must be submitted to info@1776peptides.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., photos).

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our sole discretion.

Products that have been opened, tampered with, or removed from original sealed packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1776 Peptides shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive) resulting from use or misuse of products.

The buyer assumes all risks associated with handling and use of research materials.
